Vegan Instant Banana Ice Cream Recipe

serves 4

6 frozen overripe bananas
3 tablespoons vegan milk
pinch nutmeg
dash vanilla extract

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and eat immediately.
  3. Enjoy :)

  • If your bananas aren't sweet enough, you could add a natural sweetener such as maple syrup or agave syrup. You could also add dates if your processor is powerful enough.
  • It is definitely ok to eat it straight from the processor... although don't do a me and cut your tongue.
